About Our Process

1. Supply and Demand Report

We begin the process with a market analysis which gives you insight into how easy or difficult a search will be. You will learn how many candidates are in the market, how many companies are hiring, who your competition is, and you’ll will receive a compensation analysis for your market as well.

2. Intake Call

In this call we go over the details of the position, culture, and the company story.

3. Role Play the Pitch

Before we go out and tell your story, we feel that the client should hear what we will be saying out in the market. It’s important for us to be honest and transparent so you know how we’re representing you in the market.

4. Alignment Call

This is essentially a call to review our search strategy and make sure we are all on the same page.

5. Weekly Updates

We continue the process with weekly video calls to discuss the progress of the search including the number of candidates we’ve reached out to.

6. Market Feedback

Here is the stage where we bring market feedback to the client. What is the market telling us? Do we need to tweak our strategy? Do we need to make changes to the compensation package?

7. Candidate Submittal

We deliver the short list of qualified candidates including highlighted resumes with recruiter notes, candidate profiles, interview highlights, and personality profile.

8. Schedule Interviews

We schedule interviews, prep you for them and include a debrief for both the client and candidate.

9. Follow-Up

Finally, we follow the process from search through offer acceptance and candidate resignation, all the way up to the hire date. We even reach out afterward with quality checks on day one and day 30.
